Important Booking Guidelines

To help us plan effectively, please note the following minimum lead times for ministry invitations.

Local Invitations

Within Kenya

Please submit local ministry invitations at least 14 days before the proposed event date.

International Invitations

Outside Kenya

Please submit international ministry invitations at least 90 days before the proposed event date.

Requests submitted outside these timeframes may not be accepted due to logistical and scheduling constraints. We appreciate your understanding!

What happens after you submit?
